- Market Survey Form Blank Delineated Area Map U.S. GOVERNMENT Project No. 6CO2427 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Colorado City: Durango Delineated Area: North: East 15 th Street East: East 3 rd Avenue South: West College Drive West: Camino Del Rio Plus the Durango Tech Center Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,828 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,970 Space Type: Office and Storage Parking Spaces (Total): One, plus code-required parking. If local code has no requirement, then no less than 2 spaces per 1,000 rentable square feet Parking Spaces (Reserved with Controlled Access-Surface or Structured): One Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility [Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS)], seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
