- This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement for Viable Air and Surface Sampling for the Overton Brooks Medical Center located at 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, Louisiana, 71101. NCO 16 is seeking Small Businesses to procure the environmental surface sampling service. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The Solicitation Number is 36C25618Q0172 and it is set aside 100% for Small Business. The Solicitation utilizes PSC code H999 Misc. testing and Inspection and NAICS _541990_ Business size standard is _$15 million.
