- Capability Matrix Draft Statement of Work Request for Information Announcement THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quote and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. U.S. Customs and Border Protections is interested in identifying vendors that can provide drive-through portal scanners to support the Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) program. The anticipated requirements are outlined in the attached RFI documents. Vendors are requested to return their responses by January 23, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. Any questions should be submitted by January 11, 2018 at 4:00pm ET. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to the contract specialist, nathan.p.briggs@cbp.dhs.gov.
