- Description
- The Army Contracting Command Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking sources that can provide on-site Supervisory Leadership Training at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana. Parameters of the training are as follows: • Training shall cover topics such as Models of Leadership, Effective Communication, Employee Development, Motivation and Persuasion, Mentoring and Coaching, Team Building, and Conflict Resolution • Training shall occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays only, for approximately 12-14 weeks. • Training will take place at Crane Army Ammunition Activity, Crane, Indiana. • The Government will provide the following for the contractor's use: access to classroom facilities with seating, large screen television for video, PowerPoint or other presentation software • The contractor shall not access Government networks/information systems. The NAICS is 611430; the Small Business Size Standard is $11 million. Respondents to this Sources Sought Announcement should provide the following information: 1.
