- Description
- DRAFT PWS to provide technical services including, but not limited to, inspections, assessments, repairs, reports and training for facilities and operations related projects. Target services include electrical inspection and repairs of LIFE/ HEALTH/SAFETY (LHS) deficiencies, fire prevention assessment and training, storage management of Government Provided Materiel (GPM), construction and operations related inspections and assessments. All services may be performed in the CENTCOM AOR including, but not limited to Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Uzbekistan, and Yemen. Inspect, update and repair electrical LHS hazards and on-going electrical distribution issues for low voltage electrical power systems as defined by UFC 3-520-01 appendix D-2 for 'low voltage systems' within the U.S. CENTCOM AOR. Facilities, infrastructure, and equipment within the CENTCOM AOR that are intended for use by military or civilian personnel of the Department in current or future military operations will be inspected for safety and habitability prior to such use.
