- DLA Land-Warren currently has a solicitation posted on FBO for: Item Name: Housing Assembly NSN: 2350-01-597-6160 Quantity: 58 each with 100% option Part Number: 12490926 Date/Time for Receipt of Bids/Offers: 22 JAN 2018 / 5:00 pm EST The solicitation number is SPRDL1-18-Q-0117 and is available at www.fbo.gov. Reverse Auction Provision: The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system prior to participating in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction.
