- RFQ# 19PK3318Q5867 English Language Services U.S. Embassy, Islamabad U.S. Embassy Islamabad requires services of a company to provide English Language instructor(s) and/ or a Quality control manager at all times during Embassy business hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday to teach locally employed Pakistani personnel at the U.S. Embassy, Islamabad, Pakistan to meet student's professional needs as they interact with the English speaking in public. The contract type is a firm fixed price contract for English Language services paid at the monthly rate below. These rates include all costs associated with providing English Language services in accordance with labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The contract will be for a five year period, with one base year and four one-year optional periods of performance.
