Source Sought Notice 9246 SUBJECT: Request for information (RFI), Synopsis for NON-HAZARDOUS WASTE (TRASH) COLLECTION & REMOVAL SERVICES at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC 28144. DETAILS: The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration, is seeking a better understanding of the market capability for the proposed supply and service above. The purpose of this Request for information (RFI) is to obtain information on the capability of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small-Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) to provide the above for the National Cemetery Administration (NCA). This RFI allows potential contractor to submit a non-binding statement of interest and documentation demonstrating their capabilities, and suggestions that will allow the Government to refine its potential course of action. The RFI effort is intended to assess available sources capabilities, and solicit feedback for acquisition planning purposes. National cemetery Administration (NCA) is requesting response from qualified suppliers and/or businesses concerns. The NAIC codes for this effort 562111, and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million. Services Needed: One (1) 6 Cubic Yard front load Container (new / like new condition) to be placed within Salisbury National Cemetery, includes removal of trash. Rental of one (1) 30 Cubic Yard Open Top Roll-off Dumpster (new / like new condition). To be placed within Salisbury National Cemetery Spoils Area. Roll-off, Dump & Return Service for 30 Cubic Yard Open Top Dumpster. Provide & Haul 30 yd. roll off container for removal of Christmas wreaths from Wreaths Across America LOCATION: Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY 11735 INSTRUCTIONS: Submit a brief description, four (4) pages or less (including cover letter) that demonstrates your company s ability to provide diesel and unleaded Fuel on demand delivered to Long Island National Cemetery in a timely manner. Please advise lead time. SDVOSB/VOSB offerors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement, if it is formally advertised, must be registered and be verified in the www.vip.vetbiz.gov website. All businesses must be registered at SAM.Gov and provide the correct NAICS code to include the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number, name of the firm, address, phone, email and point of contact.
