General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:NC City:Raleigh Delineated Area:North: Beginning at NC-147 and Ellis Road, take Ellis Road east to S. Miami Blvd to Lumley Road to TW Alexander Drive to Brier Creek Pkwy to US-70 to I-540 to Leesville Road to Ray Road to Strickland Road to Falls of Neuse Road East: Falls of Neuse Road to Wake Forest Road to I-440 South: I-440 to Wade Ave to I-40 to NC-54 West: NC-54 to I-540 to NC-147 to Ellis Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,498 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,773 Space Type:Office space Parking Spaces (Total):22 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):22 Parking Spaces (Reserved):22 Full Term:10 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:Two (2) Five Year Options Additional Requirements:First floor and below first floor space is not acceptable and cannot be considered.
