- EE-133M-18-RQ-0096 AMENDMENT 0001 This Amendment 0001 to the above Solicitation is to accomplish the following: A.Change this acquisition: From: 100% Small Business Set Aside To: Unrestricted/ Full and Open Competition. B.Extend the Solicitation/ Offer Due Date to January 04, 2018 at 5pm ET. C.Extend the questions due date in writing no later than January 02, 2018 at 5PM ET. D.All other terms and conditions remain the same. E.End of Amendment 0001 to EE-133M-18-RQ-0096. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government considering: Availability (Delivery from ARO), Proof of OEM Authorized Dealers, Re-seller, Distributor, Partner (COBHAM SATCOM) and price (weather is a repair item or exchange with a fully functional unit (SDU) as evidenced with FAA 8130-3 airworthiness tag).THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EE133M18RQ0096 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations, AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS CENTER, located at t3450 Flightline Drive, Lakeland, FL 33811, requires Repair, overhaul, exchange or purchase of serviceable TT-5035A Satellite Data Unit, Part # 405035A bad unit s/n 00945158 for OMAO, AOC in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. Delivery to: U.S. DOC/NOAA AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS CENTER 3450 FLIGHTLINE DRIVE LAKELAND FL 33811 Preferred Delivery by: 01/31/2018 CLIN Description Quantity Unit Unit Price TOTAL PRICE Item 0001 Repair, overhaul, exchange or purchase of serviceable TT-5035A Satellite Data Unit Part # 405035A Bad unit s/n 00945158 for OMAO, AOC. 1 JB The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value to the government considering: Availability (Delivery from ARO), Proof of OEM Authorized Dealers, Re-seller, Distributor, Partner (COBHAM SATCOM) and price (weather is a repair item or exchange with a fully functional unit (SDU) as evidenced with FAA 8130-3 airworthiness tag). This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 517410, Satellite Telecommunications, with a business size standard of $32.5 MIL. The Federal Supply Class is 5810. In order to be considered for this award vendor shall provide the following information with your quote: 1. Proof of current liability insurance. 2. Complete name, address, telephone number and Duns and Bradstreet number. 3. Provide a Quote and that clearly specify whether the quote is for repair or to exchange with a fully functional unit (SDU) as evidenced with FAA 8130-3 airworthiness tag. 4. Provide a letter or proof of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Authorized Dealer, Re-seller, Distributor, Partner (COBHAM SATCOM). No Third Party will be considered. 5. Please include warranty information. 6. Provide delivery from After Received of Order (ARO) date. 7. Include statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provision included in the RFQ. Quotes that rejects the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration. 8. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-10) if any. 9.
