- 12/28/2017: Although Technical Capability and Price are important to the overall contract award decision, Technical Capability is significantly more important than price. The Government awarded to the Quoter whose submission provided the best overall value to the Government. Digital Sciences' price submission was not only lower than the IGCE and all other prices but they were rated technically acceptable with 1 strength. In comparison to other prices and solutions, it would be of no benefit for the Government to accept any higher priced quote that is not technically acceptable or higher.
