Disclaimer: The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to assess industry capabilities and identify competitive sources able to provide maintenance and support services for RadCalc radiation dosage calculating software. The requirement includes, but is not limited to helpdesk support, software updates, system patches and user licenses; RadCalc is produced by LifeLine Software, Inc. and runs on VA owned hardware housed at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center located in Jackson, MS. All information received in response to this notice marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Any information obtained in response to this notice may be used in development of the final work statement, cost estimates or terms and conditions any ensuing solicitation. The anticipated NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The Government is contemplating a sole source contract award to LifeLine Software Inc.; however, a final determination will not be made until market research efforts are finalized. Submit responses via email to the Contracting Officer by the date and time specified on page 1. The email Subject Line should read: RFI # - RadCalc - Sources Sought Response. Work Scope: Provide all resources including labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide helpdesk support, software updates patches and user license agreements for the RadCalc software application. The Service shall minimally include: Upgrades as needed from manufacturer Unlimited telephone support from a toll-free number during regular business hours including consultations relating to changes in treatment planning systems and network setup and installation assistance. Hold time to not exceed 5 minutes. Import of regions of interest (ROI) module All modules and feature licenses for current and future RadCalc software iterations Pricing: All inclusive, firm fixed price Performance Period (anticipated) Prorated Base Year: 2/1/2018 through 9/30/2018 Option Year 1: 10/1/2018 through 9/30/2019 Option Year 2: 10/1/2019 through 9/30/2020 Option Year 3: 10/1/2020 through 9/30/2021 Option Year 4: 10/1/2021 through 9/30/2022 Can your company provide the services?
