- Attachment 2 Attachment 1 Request for Proposal TO SEE THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IN ITS ENTIRETY SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the Wounded Warrior Regiment Recovery Care Coordinator (WWR RCC) support. The procurement of services in support of WWR RCC shall be solicited using full and open competition after exclusions. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The contemplated contract will be a Firm Fixed Priced, Single Award contract. The period of performance will be a 6-month base period, and four 12-month option periods. The estimated value of the requirement is $23.9 million. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 624190, Other Individual and Family Services. This action is solicited utilizing FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors is specified in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation number for this action is M00264-18-R-0003. All responsible sources must submit a proposal to be considered for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (www.sam.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (www.fbo.gov) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any. SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor support is required to assist the WWR with the RCC portion of the Marine Corps RCP (MC RCP). This includes RCC program management, program analysis, human resource management of the RCC and continued program improvement.
