- This is a sources Sought as the USDA APHIS Ames Iowa is seeking eligible contractors to deliver various compressed gases (NACIS code 325120 ) to zip code 50011 on a regular basis See list below. The resultant will be a 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreement. All responsible sources may express their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is only a sources sought to help the Government determine if a set aside should be used. However, all proposals received within 20 days after the date of publication of this Sources Sought Notice may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
