- Request for Information/Sources Sought Notice for Video Teleconferencing and Support Services (VTSS) II The Social Security Administration (SSA) is conducting market research to determine the availability of 8(a) and non-8(a) concerns capable of supporting the implementation of a unified communications (UC) platform, as described in the attached notice. To date, SSA has predominantly managed and supported Video Teleconferencing Network (VTC) services as an application on SSA ™s network (the SSANet) with a Video Services Delivery (VSD) Project currently underway in order to integrate the VTC on a single UC platform. The current market research effort serves as a means for determining the viability of an integrated VTC/UC platform in support of the agency ™s mission.
