- The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the Request for Information(RFI) below: Amendment enacts Alteration to Language in RFI requirements section. Specific language as published presently: III. Minimum Requirements for Vessels: •1. It shall have been built and delivered no earlier than 2005. Any subsequent conversion or upgrade to the vessel does not qualify a ship as having a later date of construction. Language is altered to read as follows: III. Minimum Requirements for Vessels: 1. There is no maximum age of the ship based upon the year of ship construction or delivery. Any ship information submitted should include the dates of major conversions of hull, propulsion system, electrical system, or cargo stowage arrangement or capacity. Amendment is additionally to extend the hour and date specified for receipt of Information. RFI RESPONSES ARE DUE JANUARY 22, 2018 BY 3:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME (693JF-18-RFI-0005/0002)
