- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 5.2. The solicitation (W91B4N-18-P-0039) issue date is on or around 22 January 2018. The Government requires uninterrupted, dedicated commercial internet service to Kandahar Airfield (AF), Afghanistan under. Services will be required from 17 April 2018 through 16 April 2019 The Contractor shall provide subscription-based bi-directional Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity to the commercial Internet backbone. The Contractor shall provide unrestricted access to the Internet Service. Services include The Contractor shall configure and maintain equipment to provide Unrestricted Commercial Internet Service at a sustained bandwidth of not less than 465 Megabits per second. The Framing is Optical Ethernet. The connection needs to be Single Mode (SM) with a physical SC connection.
