- Description
- J&A Retracted - DOC Specialist (Advisor) This is to execute an approval U.S. Personal Services Contract (USPSC) issued to an offshore Development Outreach and Communication Specialist (Advisor), in USAID/Afghanistan's Office of Program and Project Development (OPPD). The new Contract is for six (6) months full term basis from approximately February 28, 2018 through to August 29, 2018. During the course of this six (6) months contract, the contractor will support the DOC Unit in the Office of Program and Project Development (OPPD) to advance ways in which USAID/Afghanistan shares its messages with various audiences, including public information and publicity materials prepared for general audiences and visitors; story placement with local and international television, radio, print and other electronic media; and Outreach programs and events, such as public affairs campaigns and public events.
