Description
The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has a follow-on requirement in support of the Walter Reed Amy Institute of Research (WRAIR) Information Management Division (IMD) for Avaya Maintenance Support Services. The purpose of this requirement is to provide Avaya Support and Maintenance at the WRAIR IMD providing manufacturer support, which includes but not limited to, remote log in support, call in support and on-site log-in support and maintenance, which includes but not limited to, physical repairs to the damaged or non-functioning Avaya CM6 and Avaya CMM-FM telephone system. This requirement will be a full and open competitive solicitation under the North American Industry Classification Code of 517911 with a size standard of 1,500. USAMRAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract to include a one-year base period and 4 one-year options period. The closing date for receipt of proposals is 24 February 2018 at 09:00AM Local Time, Frederick, MD. The solicitation will be posted on or about 25 January 2018 in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No solicitations will be accepted by hard copy. All offerors are responsible for checking for amendments to the solicitation from the Internet. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that the RFP is received from the Internet accurately and in its entirety. To be eligible for an award or payment from any DOD activity, offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management and have completed the on-line representations and certifications located at www.sam.gov. Any questions concerning the solicitation must be submitted by 09 February 2018 at 09:00AM Local Time, Frederick, MD to Flodean.p.billings.civ@mail.mil.
