Description

Wage Determination GFP CDRL Limited Source Letter RFQ Combined Synopsis/Solicitation HQ072718R0007 F-15 DTM II Removable Memory Module (DRMM) Super Capacitor Design Update This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice in conjunction with procedures in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The NAICS Code is 334419-- Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 employees. The reference number is HQ072718R0007, and is issued as request for quotations. This announcement constitutes the synopsis and the solicitation is contained as an attachment to the posting as HQ072718R0007. DMEA will issue a purchase order to Printed Circuits Corp, to build, assemble, test and deliver five (5), F-15 DTM II Removable Memory Module (DRMM) with Super Capacitor Design Updated. The required devices will be delivered to DMEA. Pursuant to FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, this document constitutes justification for other than full and open competition for the acquisition described herein, under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 or 41 U.S.C. 1903. Evaluation of quote and subsequent award may be made without discussion. This is being evaluated under LPTA method. Quote is due on 17 January 2018, 08:00 AM Pacific Time.
