Description

PR 0065427167 for NSN 1680- 00-068-2535, the Boeing Company, CAGE 81205, P/N 5-96174-5, Pivot Fork Assembly. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This is a Critical Application Item. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 201 each. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin; FOB: Origin; delivery: 354 days ARO to a stock location. Higher Level Quality system required. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the approved source/OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter request for proposal (RFP) will be utilized; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. The issue date is on or around 01/26/18 and the closing date is on or around 02/12/18. Please do not request a copy of the solicitation before that date. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov database. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
