- MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i). "Only one responsible source" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product(s) and/or service(s) and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: OCLC (ONLINE COMPUTER LIBRARY CENTER) INC., 6565 KILGOUR PLACE, DUBLIN OH 43017-3315 The following products / features / specifications are required: 1. OCLC Cataloging and Metadata Subscription, *1 each 2. OCLC WorldShare ILL Subscription, *1 each 3. WorldCat Discovery, *1 each 4. CONTENTdm Base Fee - Band D, *1 each 5. CONTENTdm Collection Size less than 1TB, *1 each 6. CONTENTdm OCR Unit 10k pages per month, *(3 each @ $312.71 each) 7. ILLiad Annual License 1,500-5,000 Renewal, *1 each 8. ILLiad-OCLC Hosted Server 1(0-5k) Renewal, *1 each 9. EZProxy Hosted Server, *1 each *NOTE: PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR ALL ITEMS LISTED ABOVE IS 03/01/18 - 02/28/19 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 01/19/2018 by 04:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). All responses are to be sent by email to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@mail.mil.
