For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX8F0973AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 150 each up to 550 each maximum of a SHAFT, PROPULSION, NSN: 1615-01-083-2953, Part Number: 70361-05002-045 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 150 each Year 2: 100 each Year 3: 100 each Year 4: 100 each Year 5: 100 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 150 each, 756 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is limited in competition to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT, Cage Code 78286, DELL MANUFACTURING, Cage Code 5A628, and PCX AEROSTRUCTURES, Cage Code 82001. This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website https://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE TH EUNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
