- RFQ The Air Force Test Center, Specialized Contracting (AFTC/PZRA), is seeking a company that will provide the following: Tubing - NAICS code 331210, size standard 1000 employees Tubing for plumbing their high pressure test facility. Tubing must meet the following requirements: Nominal 1' outer diameter (tolerance down to 0.990" acceptable) 0.688" inner diameter Rated to a working pressure of 15,000 psi at temperatures form -325 to 100°F (and over 10,000 psi at 200°F) 316 stainless steel Seamless Coning and Threading Machine - NAICS code 423830, size standard 100 employees Coning and threading machine capable of preparing tubing for medium pressure fittings and connections. Machine must be meet the following requirements: Automatic (i.e., not manual tools and dies). Capable of preparing medium pressure tubing form ¼" up to 1" in outer diameter. Additionally, a tooling set is required for preparing 1" OD tubing and a separate tooling set for 9/16" OD tubing. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89 and DFARS Publication Notice 20160630. AFTC/PZRA intends to award a firm fixed price contract as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Evaluation and award will be based upon the following: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Any information provided is strictly voluntary. The government will not pay for information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for one or more of the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote, including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
