- AT/CT QPL Amendment 1 ___________________________________ The purpose of this amendment is to update the language regarding AT/CT configuration. To be considered under this QPL announcement, systems must be in the Transportation Security Laboratory Certification Testing for AT-2 Tier II certification no later than January 31, 2018 and/or successfully complete by March 1, 2018. All system configurations will be locked from the end of Transportation Security Lab (TSL) Testing for detection specific items. No further changes may be made to the system tested at the TSL prior to the start of Development Testing or Operational Testing if any detection function is affected. The submission date for QDPs remain unchanged. Please see the attached document for updated information regarding the qualification process. Changes made are indicated in "tracked changes" for ease of review. ______________________ ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY (AT) / COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CT) QUALIFICATION DATA PACKAGES (QDPs) SUBMISSION The purpose of this amendment is to notify industry that the Qualification Data Packages (QDPs) are due NLT Friday, January 12, 2018 at 5PM to atctqpl@tsa.dhs.gov. Single files shall not exceed 10MB. If larger than 10MB, vendor shall send multiple emails with title stating 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc. A minimum of three (3) hard copies of the QDP shall also be submitted. They shall be mailed to the following address and postmarked by 8AM on January 15, 2017: Transportation Security Administration Attn: Jon Glickhouse 701 S 12th Street Mail Code TSA-23 Arlington, VA 20598. Alternatively, vendors may make an appointment to drop off these documents by emailing atctqpl@tsa.dhs.gov. An email shall be sent to this email address requesting to set up an appointment prior to 5PM on January 12, 2018 to be considered. If submission includes SSI, submission shall be mailed U.S. First Class mail or other traceable delivery service requiring signature upon delivery using an opaque envelope or wrapping. The outside of the box/envelope shall not be marked as SSI. _____________________ The purpose of this announcement is to notify industry of the Transportation Security Administration's (TSA's) intent to open the Advanced Technology (AT)/Computed Tomography (CT) Qualified Products List (QPL). Qualification Data Packages (QDPs) are due NLT Friday, January 12, 2018 at 5PM to atctqpl@tsa.dhs.gov. Vendors shall submit all required information to request access to the SSI documents to Siobhan Mullen at Siobhan.mullen@tsa.dhs.gov and Jessica Seay at Jessica.Seay@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 PM EST on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. _____________________________________________________________________ Special Notice #: 70T04018QPL9DPSP001 Title: AT/CT QPL AT/CT Industry Day : TSA is extending an invitation to all vendors for an Industry Day to be conducted on November 17, 2017 at the TSA Systems Integration Facility (TSIF), 3701 Post Office Rd, Washington, DC 20528 from 1PM to 3PM. The purpose of this conference is to enable TSA discuss the path forward for CT systems with Industry. Prior to entry, all attendees must be screened, therefore companies wishing to participate shall return one password protected excel spreadsheet with the following information for all company attendees to Siobhan.mullen@tsa.dhs.gov. Password must be sent in a separate email. (Please include "AT/CT Industry Day" as the subject) First Name/Last Name/Company Name/DHS PIV Card Holder (Y or N)/Foreign National (Y or N)/Date of Birth/Full Social Security #. AUTHORITY: 40 U.S.C. § 1315; 41 C.F.R. Part 102-81; E.O. 9397. PURPOSE: The information will be used to conduct screening checks to permit and maintain records of access to DHS facilities. ROUTINE USES: The information requested on this form may be shared externally as a "routine use" to the Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Investigation and other government agencies as part of the screening process. A complete list of the routine uses can be found in the system of records notice, "Department of Homeland Security/ALL-024 Facility and Perimeter Access Control and Visitor Management System of Records." CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION: Providing this information, including SSN, is voluntary. However, failure to provide the information requested may result in being denied access to a DHS facility; failure to provide the SSN may prevent completion of screening. Attendee information shall be provided to Siobhan Mullen at Siobhan.mullen@tsa.dhs.gov no later than 10:00 AM EST on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Admittance will not be permitted if screening has not been conducted.
