- RFQ package The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru is seeking for a qualified firm to perform onsite quality assurance and reporting during the CMR Roof Replacement according to the documentation provided in this solicitation. Anticipated performance is for 90 calendar days period as maximum. The Inspectors shall be currently certified by the Roof Consulting Institute, Inc. as a Registered Roof Observer (RRO) or Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), or similar professional organizations and credentials. The Inspector shall have specific knowledge and familiarity with the roof & façade systems to be installed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. This solicitation is advertised in FEDBIZOPPS and the Embassy website - no paper copies will be mailed.
