Description

Intent to Award AMENDMENT 0001 The U.S. Geological Survey, WARC-CRAB located in LSU, intends to make a non-competitive purchase order to Louisiana State University (LSU) Systems, 202 Himes Hall College, Baton Rouge, LA 70803-00001. The requirement is to purchase network connections lines, telephone lines, and long distance service to be delivered to the USGS National Wetlands Research Center at Lafayette, LA 70506. The contract will be for one (1) eleven month period from 02/01/2018 thru 12/31/2018. Amendment 0001 to the Intent to Award deletes the option periods from the proposed award action. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) "Only One Source Reasonably Available". Email responses to jwalsh@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 517919. The size standard is $32.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 01/16/2018.
