For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX8L1044AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a Firm-fixed Price contract, a quantity of 80 each of a TRUCK, HAND; NSN: 3920-01-588-4827; Part Number: PD-EIG-90-2 applicable to the C8 - Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 80 each, 630 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 80 each, 420 DACA with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002. This item is restricted to METADURE PARTS & SALES, INC. CAGE CODE: 56190 and FLOW INC. CAGE CODE: 6C915. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, endearing skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offeror's are encouraged to access the PROCUREX system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. All offeror's must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
