- Jacksonville Harbor Marine Lift Boat Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Amended). This version supersedes all previous versions in its entirety. Amendment 4: Dated 11 January 2018 - The purpose of this amendment is to address changes as a result requirement changes. All changes in the amended solicitation are in red, with deletions struck through. The response date for submissions is extended from 1:00 pm Eastern Time on 5 January to 1:00 pm Eastern Time on 12 January 2018. This version of the solicitation supersedes all previous versions in its entirety. Previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted as they are no longer valid. All offeror's must acknowledge all issue amendments with their submission.
