- PRON: AX7F0744AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 1012 each up to 5060 each maximum of a ROD, DAMPER, NSN: 1615-01-085-5318, Part Number: 70106-08003-042 applicable to the A-BE BLACKHAWK weapon system. Forecasted/estimated quantities: Year 1: 1012 each Year 2: 1012 each Year 3: 1012 each Year 4: 1012 each Year 5: 1012 each Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 1012 each, 405 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TOBYHANNA, PA, 18466-5059. This item is NOT restricted in competition. This is a 100% full and open competition requirement. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
