- ADDENDA 01 - PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ADDENDA 02 - PRICE EVALUATION SPREADSHEET SF1449 - SOLICIATION/REQUEST FOR QUOTE Soliciation/Request for Quote is for a five year, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quanity type contract for the delivery of Propane Gas to Ft. Pickett, Virginia. The Government intends to issue a single award for this requirement. Please see product and contract line item description for further details. Offerors are encourage to throughly read attached SF1449 and review all associated addenda. This action is 100% set-aside to small businesses within NAICS: 324199. Entities submitting a quote must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV). In accordance with the provision at Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, entities submitting quotes must submit a priced Addenda 02, Price Evalution Spreadsheet. Offerors submitting quotes are reminded to complete the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (NOV 2017).
