- Photo of Booth Instructions for vendors INSTRUCTIONS TO VENDORS A discounted firm-fixed priced shall be submitted to Supervisor of Shipbuilding (SUPSHIPNN) for the following: One - Pre-assembled/Prefabricated 8 x 16 Booth/Guard Shack Bids/Quotes should be submitted via FedBid between 11 Jan 2018 and 26 Jan 2018. Faxed bids/ quotations will not be accepted. Contractor shall supply SUPSHIPNN with a thorough quotation package containing the following information: •1) Federal Tax ID Number •2) Business Size Classification. •3) Company DUNS Number & Cage Code •4) Contractor's Contact Name, Address and Phone Number. •5) Freight Charges •6) Turnaround Time Quotes must be provided on the company's letter head in order to be considered and shall be valid for a minimum of ninety (60) days from the date of submission. Failure to submit this information may deem your quotation non-responsive and may not be considered. All questions r e ga r d i n g this RFQ must be submitted to the Contracting Officer via FebBizOps by 24 Jan 2018 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. Contractors are urged to select one (1) representative of their firm to present all questions. Phone calls will not be accepted.
