- Professional Consulting Services White River National Forest Colorado As outlined within the FedBizOpps Solicitation: 1282D718Q0003, the White River National Forest located in Colorado is issuing a solicitation for a Base Plus Four, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity IDIQ Firm Fixed Price Award to cover Professional Engineering Services for site survey, bridge inspection, design, design review, and construction management of in-house or partner or proponent-funded and constructed trail bridges on the White River National Forest to begin on or about February 1, 2018. This project is being advertised as a total small business set-aside and as such it is open to all qualified small businesses. The solicitation for this project is only available through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.
