- UNICOR intends to enter into an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised type contract for Fiberglass and Mineralboard for Ashland KY and ColemanFL. Solicitation number is FN1439-18 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal.. The minimum and maximum order quantities will be listed by Lot in the full solicitation document.. Delivery lead time is 21days ARO. This is a full and open requirement. NAICS code associated with this requirement is 327999. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a single award. Specific items will be detailed in full solicitation. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Institution, PO Box 1500, White Deer, PA 17887, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via US Postal Service or UNICOR, Route 15, 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood, PA 17810, Attn: Tiffani Balestrini if submitting via FEDEX or UPS. Specific item specifications and quantities will be listed in solicitation. All offerors must complete the Business Management questionnaire in Section L of solicitation document with three references. References must be for same or similar items. All Offerors must complete the ACH form and the SAM registration, which can be found on UNICOR's webpage at www.unicor.gov. For the ACH form click on business commercial opportunities, navigate to, procurement forms and click on ACH form and print. All Offerors will be required to register on www.sam.gov. Any offorer not registered on SAM will not be considered for award.. Offerors may also submit proposals via fax at 352-330-8152 or email to Tiffani.Balestrini@usdoj.gov Email proposal shall be sent as an Adobe PDF files and offerors shall contact Tiffani Balestrini to verify receipt of proposal. All questions shall be asked in writing and shall be submitted to Tiffani Balestrini at Tiffani.Balestrini@usdoj.gov and Tatea Cavanaugh at Tatea.Cavanaugh@usdoj.gov the email subject line shall state the Solicitation number FN1439-18. For email and fax proposals, 2 copies of an original proposal must be received by the contracting officer within 2 days of offer closing date and time. Offerors shall submit 2 copies of the written proposal. All offerors must acknowledge all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specifications, ISO Certification, Ability to meet Green Requirements, past performance and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. No copies of the solicitation will be mailed. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
