- Spec Sheet Revised SOW 18-R-0011 Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) intend to award a fixed-price one time contract for "China Lake Telecommunication Expansion for Danville." All work shall be in accordance with"SPEC" sheet (attachment#1) and Statement of Work (Attachment #2). This requirement will be completed as a 100% small business set-aside. This solcitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted same day as this announcement, as Attachment #3. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award is anticipated no later than End of Feburary 2018. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below.
