- Updated RFQ Spreadsheet Updated Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this posting. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 399-0017-18 is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The NAICS code is 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels. The business size standard for this NAICS is $32.5 million. This procurement is a total small business set aside. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) code, DUNS, and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an Offeror ineligible for award. The Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the lodging and meeting space facilities required for the ICs biannual NSAISS, hosted by the DIA. The seminar allows IC Centers for Academic Excellence university students, in multi-disciplinary areas of interest to the IC, to come together and learn about what it takes to support warfighters, policy makers and senior intelligence leadership. 42 students will attend both sessions of the summer seminars, as well as IC instructors/facilitators and university faculty staff. Meeting and sleeping space is required within *Linthicum, Maryland* from June 4 - 15, 2018 and 30 July - 10 August 2018. The contractor shall provide the training and lodging facilities, beverages, refreshments and meals during the dates provided in Section 4, in their entirety. The period of performance for one or both awards will be from 06/04/2018 - 08/10/2018, there are no option periods for this requirement. The Virginia Contracting Activity per FAR 19.502-2 (a)(1), intends to solicit via this posting for this firm fixed price (FFP) contract. An Offeror may propose for one or both seminars; two awards may be made. The Government intends to use the criteria in FAR part 15.101-2, Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process (LPTA) to award one contract to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: 1: Facility Location, 2: Daily Meeting Package, 3: Price. The evaluation factors are not rated and are listed in order of descending importance. Per FAR 52.212-2, the Government reserves the right to make award without discussions.
