- USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for restoration of a Wetlands Reserve Easement (WRE) project located in Crawford County, Illinois. This project consists of furnishing all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services, facilities, and incidentals needed to excavate multiple pool areas and placing fill in the spoil berms. Area will be seeded upon completion of construction. The performance period for this project is approximately 60 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This IFB will be issued as a competitive Total Small Business set-aside. Estimate price range: between $25,000 and $100,000 The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238910 and the size standard is $15.0 million. A solicitation package along with specifications and drawings for this project will be available at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about January 24, 2018. Site showing information will be shown in the solicitation. Interested contractors must be certified Small Business and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
