- This purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to questions received from prospective vendors. No further questions will be answered at this point. The following information represents questions and answers: 1.Do you already have a preferred vendor and if so does tooling already exist for this item? Answer: The BEP does not have a preferred vendor. 2.Are you open to a new vendor to develop the tooling/molds to develop this item? Answer: Yes, but pallets must meet of exceed specifications and delivery time-frame outlined in the solicitation. 3.I see the deadline is for next week, however what is the deadline for the delivery of these items? Answer: 60 Days from date of award. 4.Is it possible to receive a sample of the item to aide in development should we be awarded? Answer: The BEP does not have samples available.
