- The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ, under the authority of 41 USC 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to limit competition with Malabar International and their authorized distributor, Integrated Product Technologies, for the procurement of Dispenser, Turbine Oil, 1 Quart, Hand, P/N Model 150, NSN # 4930-01-441-0927, quantity 33; Cart, Servicing Lndg Gear Shock St, P/N PF55451-23, NSN# 4920-01-509-8108, quantity 19; Dispenser, Strut Oil, 1 Quart, P/N Model 170, NSN: 4920-01-590-8203, quantity 34; Jack, Hydraulic, Tripod, 50 Ton, P/N 75900A-2, NSN: 4920-01-619-6033, quantity 17; Aft Body Jack, P/N 71400A-7, NSN# 4920-01-628-9387, quantity 16; and Coolant Service Cart, P/N 1012000A-2, NSN#: 4920-01-644-4644, quantity 17; required to support the P-8A aircraft. Malabar International is the original designer, developer and manufacturer of the P-8A and 737 commercial support equipment identified above. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.
