- EXHIBIT A CDRLs A001-A008 ATTACHMENT P1 PRICE_SPREADSHEET RFP N68335-18-R-0040 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Division is officially releasing a Refquest for Proposal (RFP) on a competitive basis for a three (3) year fixed-price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for the procurement of a non-developmental or Commercial Off-the-Shelf replacement of the AN/SPN-43C azimuth drive motor. The drive motor will be a form, fit, function replacement AC brushed motor designed to operate in the Navy Shipboard environment. The motor configuration shall conform to the Government's drawing. The motor's rating, electrical, physical, environmental, and performance characteristics shall meet those characteristics indicated in the Government's drawing. Additionally, proof that the motors can meet the specification shall be provided within one month of contract award. The RFP, Exhibit A (CDRLs), Attachment 1 (Performance Spec), and Attachment P1 (Price_Spreadsheet) are available as attachments to this solicitation. This procurement includes technical data requirements that are subject to export control laws. Once that RFP is released contractors must submit their certified copy of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement and request a copy of the drawings listed in the RFP. For Form DD2345 information, call DLIS in Battle Creek, MI at 800-352-3572 or http://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. In addition to the DD2345, the interested offerors must be U.S. Government contractors and/or U.S. DoD contractors. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, which can be accessed at www.sam.gov. Contractors shall submit their certified copy of DD form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, and request a copy of the drawng listed in the RFP by close of business 16 January 2018 in writing from Ms. Sarah Lowell at sarah.lowell@navy.mil or by US Mail at: Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Code: 2.5.2.4.2.1SL, Bldg. 120, Rm 180, Joint Base MDL, NJ 08733-5000. Email is preferred. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.1 and FAR 6401(b). All responsible sources are encouraged to sumit required information for this effort as descdribed above and in the RFP.
