- Brand Name Justification RFQ Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.202 (a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in the Kingdom of Bahrain as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103 (3). This commercial item acquisition will be for small businesses only with a geographical restriction. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334210. Technical acceptability will be determined IAW clause 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) as detailed on page 10 of 45 of the solicitation. The offeror shall manifest its assent, without exception or imposition of conditions, to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, including any attachments or clauses or terms incorporated by reference. System for Award Management. By submission of a bid, the bidder acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the bidder does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered bidder. Bidders may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the SAM database accessed through https://www.sam.gov. Supplies are for 30 iPhones, 6S, 32GB, steel gray, unlocked. Provide warranty information. Refer to FAR Clause 52.246-17, Warranty of Supplies of a Noncomplex Nature in solicitation N4033918RS017. This RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Circular: FAC 2005-87. Acceptance of an award certifies that the firm will comply with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, by notifying all employees and subcontractors at all levels.
