- Performance Work Statement Pricing Exhibit Solicitation Notice to Offeror Business with US Government The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform monitoring for groundwater at the wells in Camp Zama (Kurihara, Serizawadani), Sagami General Depot and Sagamihara Family Housing Area in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable Japanese environmental laws, regulations, and guidance. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Site visit will be conducted on 5 Feb 18 at 1300 hours, meeting at Main Gate (Gate 1) at Camp Zama. your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT on 31 Jan 18.
