- This announcement is to notify prospective contractors that Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Fort Hood (MICC-FH) will be posting a requirement for Aviation Support Services with performance location at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. The Solicitation will be published on or around 1 February 2018, for approximately 30 days. Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Hood has an requirement for the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command Yuma Proving ground, Arizona. this requirement is for Aviation Support Services (AVSS) to provide administration, management, and operational support in the the areas of ground and flight Operations, Aviation Mamaintenance, and Airfield services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform AVSS at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona to the US Army Yuma Proving Ground Flight Services Division as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
