Hankook Shaft Lathe service contract. Estimated costRequired delivery date is 02/01/2018 X Specific characteristics of the material or service that limit the availability to a sole source or particular brand name (unique features, function of the item, etc.). Describe in detail why only this suggested source can furnish the requirements to the exclusion of other sources. Service contract with original equipment manufacturer will eliminate any incompatibility issues and maintain the shaft lathe per OEM requirements. X The requested material or service represents the minimum requirements of the Government. The Hankook shaft lathe service will get the shaft lathe within OEM requirements and make it operational for use. CHECK & FILL IN ALL APPLICABLE BLANKS BELOW X The material/service must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed.Justi Describe the equipment you have now and how the new item/service must coordinate, connect, or interface with the existing system. The services requested on the shaft lathe must be from the OEM manufacturer. The repairs and troubleshooting must be done by a Hankook factory trained engineer. X A patent, copyright, or proprietary data limits competition.The proprietary data is: The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) machine design data restraints may apply. X This is "direct replacement" parts/component for existing Hankook equipment. The Hankook representative will be restoring the machine back to OEM standards and will assist PSNS S/31 with any future troubleshooting or technical advice for the next year. X Other information to support a sole-source buy: Only an OEM representative can assure the form/fit/function of the Hankook shaft lathe is within the original OEM specifications.
