In response to this RFQ please ensure the following are included in accordance with the Combined Synopsis Solicitation Document, Addendum to FAR 52.2121, INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ITEMS located on pages 2 through 4 : Volume 1: Technical Quotation Volume 2: Price Quotation Volume 3: Terms and Conditions. Please label these sections appropriately to convey where the information resides. Failure to provide this information could result in a quotation being deemed unacceptable and therefore will not be considered for award.
