- The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is issuing this sources sought notice for the Repair of Building 71 on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island Illinois, to identify business sources with the capacity, experience and interest under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238190. The scope of this project is to repair electrical, mechanical, architectural, and other miscellaneous deficiencies associated with Building 71 on US Army Garrison Rock Island Arsenal. Interested parties should submit their information to the Interested Vendors list no later than 3:00 Central Standard Time (CST) 29 Jan 2018. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in the response. The Government will not accept requests for meetings or briefings. No phone solictation or email with regards to the status of the Request for Proposal (RFP) will be accepted prior to its release.
