Description

IP Legal Pricing Sheet IP Legal Solicitation Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is FA7014-18-A-IP Legal Services and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-73 dated 29 April 2014. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541110, OFFICE OF THE LAWYERS with a Small Business Size Standard of $11M. The basis of award will be Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT). Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call order resulting from this solicitation to up to four responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the solicitation.
