- The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered under NAICS code 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard $36.5M for an upcoming construction requirement at Pea Ridge National Military Park, Garfield, AR 72732. Project Description: The Work includes specific rehabilitation activities of the Elkhorn Tavern: It is a two story wood frame building and approximately 1,405 SF with a cellar/crawl space below. The Tavern is a reconstruction (ca. 1966) of the pre-civil war site structure that stood on this site. The goal of this project is to complete recommendations of a recently completed Historic Structures Report (HSR). The scope of work includes: accessibility upgrades (site work, porch reframing and expanded door openings); structural mitigation; window, door, finishes repairs, installation of a PV array and associated electrical work and the removal/replacement of a fire alarm and suppression system. Magnitude of Construction estimate: Between $250,000 and $500,000 Responses to this announcement are requested from (1) SBA certified Small Business HubZone firms (2) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms (3) Woman Owned Small Business firms (4) Small Business firms (5) Small Business 8(a)firms and (6) any firm eligible to compete in full and open competition. Vendors will be required to be registered in SAM and have a DUNS number to be eligible for consideration when or if solicitation is released. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities in WRITING to demonstrate same or similar experience.
