- This attachment consist of Item Description and Packaging details for each NSN All Contract Holders should use Pricing Spreadsheet to include price and delivery for evaluation for each NSN listed. In accordance with "Add & Delete" Clause DLAD 53.216-9006, Subject Solicitation consist of additional Seven (7) NSNs (2 nd Round of ADDs) of Restricted Rolls-Royce Items which consist of 5306 thru 5360 FSC's. The only eligible vendors authorized to submit an offer(s) are contract holders associated with Subject Solicitation (which closed April 14, 2016 ) will be evaluated. Terms and Conditions are the same as stated in the initial Request of Proposal Number SPE5EN-16-R-0001. All pricing and delivery must be submitted by COB January 30, 2018.
