- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 70Z02318RAHH00200 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This is a sole source effort to Airbus Helicopter Inc., in accordance with the attached Justification and Approval. RFP can be accessed in the attachment section. RFP Amendment 1 issued 10JAN2018 revises the Canopy P/N. RFP Amendment 2 issued 18JAN2018 revises the proposal due date.
